Summer Conditioning

The summer conditioning program will run from Monday, June 15th-July 3rd from 1:00-4:00 PM in the CVU Fitness Center. After the holiday the hours will change and be posted here. Students must have appropriate athletic attire to participate (sneakers, socks, shorts/athletic pants, full t-shirt).

The program will consist of weight training, agility drills, flexibility, plyometric and speed conditioning

All students must turn in a permission form to be elligible to participate. All incoming 9th-12th graders are welcome to attend. Students must enter through the side door across from the baseball field.

Program Benefits

  • Increases strength, agility, and fitness.
  • Reduces the chance of injury from contact over the course of the season.
  • Increases athlete’s confidence.
  • A great way for incoming 9th graders to make new friends and get to know the high school before the first day of classes.
